How to submit a case in the Dr Portal

Updated: Feb 10

Follow these steps to upload a case in the Proligner Doctor Portal.

1. Log in

To register, read this article: Read

2. Add Case

Once logged in, select "Add Case" in the top menu bar.

3. Case Mandatory Fields

Follow the step by step instructions ensuring you complete all mandatory fields before pressing the Next button. Mandatory fields are indicated with an asterisk.  Start with the “Case Details”.

4. Existing Condition

This is a record of the patient's current condition.

5. Instructions

These are the instructions for the Proligner Treatment Planning Team. You can refine your treatment by selecting the various options and adding notes. You must select at least one arch to be treated before pressing Next.

6. Images

Add some Photos and select your option for scan or impression files.  You can either choose to send PVS impressions to our lab for scanning and uploading, or upload STL, PLY or OBJ files from your intraoral scanner.  X-rays are optional. Photos are used to check occlusion of the scans so make sure they are clear and the patients have their bite in natural occlusion.

7. Submit Case

Agree to the Terms and Condition and then submit.  If you are not quite ready to submit you can save your case to submit later. There is no fee to submit a case.

8. Treatment Plan

Once you have submitted your case Proligner will create the treatment plan and inform you via email when it is ready. The treatment plan will be ready within 2 to 3 days. Once you receive the treatment plan you can make amendments via the portal or approve the plan for manufacturing. You are able to share the treatment plan with your patient so they can see how their smile will improve.

Thank you for choosing Proligner. We look forward to receiving your case!  If you have any questions you can contact Proligner at support@proligner.com.
